This is Lt. Kenneth McCall of H Company standing beside a rather large Korean statue that we noticed way out in the boondocks, away from everything. This we found on one of the many recons we made. Note the bullet scars in the main body which appeared to be a marble-like material. Many of the hills we saw had flattened out places on them and we were told that they were burial grounds for one person and the higher on the hill the person was buried, the higher stature he achieved during his lifetime.
